Take the stairs instead of the elevator, if possible bicycle to work, after dinner walk for at least half an hour, buy a home trainer and many more.

After these two steps you can work on your skin. For this there are many possibilities. You can regularly go to a Sauna, with will help to sweat out the dirt in your pores, thereby giving you a healthier look, but you can also use a large variety of skin products.
